Today is Easter! I was up early this morning to help set up chairs at the church, but to be honest, for the past 7 years, I have woken up early on Easter morning to drive up Lookout Mountain in Golden, CO to watch the sun rise over the city of Denver. So let's just say, Easter morning setting up chairs in Romeoville didn't quite compare to my previous Easter experiences in Colorado! Great crowd in Romeoville this weekend though. We counted about 530 adults in the 9:30 and 11:00 services (about twice the average).
We missed you Easter Breakfast this year! It was chilly as always, but the bacon was host and the eggs fluffy!
