40 Days of Jesus Creed: Days 15 & 16

The devos for today and yesterday focus on the Sermon on the Mount and how Jesus' statements ultimately stem back to the Jesus Creed-- Loving God and people well. Day 15 focused on the beatitudes, showing us that we should love and consider blessed those whom God already has counted as blessed. Day 16 focused on Jesus' statements to be light and salt to the world. We are called to love those who are far from Jesus by living the Jesus Creed, so that they may come closer.

Lord let me today be a shining example for you, light to a dark world, by living as closely to you as I can.
